On the very wet and windy morning of Saturday 9th January 2016, the Grand Summus, Most Distinguished Companion Andrew Sweeney, together with a team from Grand Senatus, attended the Masonic Hall in Carmarthen to install Right Distinguished Companion Roderick Howard Jones as Provincial Grand Summus for West Wales. This was in consequence of the retirement of Right Distinguished Companion Nigel Adams.

Following his Installation, Right Distinguished Companion Howard installed his Assistant Provincial Grand Summus, Distinguished Companion Robert Waine Davies before the Companions retired to the Ivy Bush Royal Hotel for an excellent lunch. The Deputy Provincial Grand Summus, Very Distinguished Companion Lyndon Hughson, was unable to attend.
